Ive been a customer of theirs for pretty much the start of the company
Over the years ive probably spent thousands but with their new site all that is going to change because im being forced by them to find a new supplier.
Google something on crc then click it. From there copy and paste the item youre looking at into their own search engine and puzzle at why its coming back saying NO RESULTS
Also from google it seems people are just getting a black screen instead of the component lists. Plus click on any of the components actually listed and it takes you to the Q&A section for it
Click headsets expecting it to take you straight to a list of nice headsets but instead you get 5 Q&A from other customers. I didnt ask for a Q&A session on headsets i just want to look at the stock they have.
Sent them an email and im going to phone monday. If no satisfaction IE if they say its alright then im off to pastures new and they can stick it where the sun will never shine.
Thanks CRc , you might have lost a customer that youve had from the beginning, all because you just cant leave things that work fine
