I probably never would have ordered from these guys because I've never ordered thru the international post before and I was in a hurry to get a part for a custom build. They promised it would reach NY in 6 days and after 10 days of waiting I decided to call my local PO. Now, had my local Post Office NOTIFIED me that I had a pkg, I probably could have gotten it in the alloted timeframe, so I don't fault them for that. I did not have to pay any crazy VAT or customs fee, the item was delivered in an appropriate size box (derailleur,cables,small stuff - small box), and the goods were all there. No complaints and would not hesitate to order again.
