Yes, they have nice prices. I order a bike and they delivered it with wrong parts. A Alfine Dynamo Hub Frontwheel and the lights were missing. I wrote them a mail and they order the parcel service without asking me if I want that !
I told them I want the bike but because of the missing parts (which are around 80GBP) they should gibe me a discount or a voucher. But sadly this was not possible. It is like take it or leave it and do not trust their descriptions !
