Bought a new part for my bike and it came defective. I've tried to contact them via e-mail multiple times and they haven't had the courtesy to respond even once. The price was good but the item was defective. With non-existent customer service, I ask where is the advantage? Now I'm stuck with a defective product.

you could just try calling them? I've always found them friendly and helpful.
