It was almost impossible to speak to anyone regarding the order, there was only one occasion when i managed to speak to someone but other than that no one answered the phone or replied to emails or responded to messages left on the answering service which as the order was greatly overdue for delivery was to say the least a nuisance. i certainly won't be using CNF again… Read Full Review

My experience has been much the same as others, pretty poor. I ordered a snugpak that was apparently in stock according to their website, unfortunately this was not the case. While the owner was still communicating i was given an estimated delivery which was 3 weeks after order (I live in the u.k),if it had arrived then I could have used on trip it was first bought for. We bought a bike from here. Much cheaper than other sites. But after recieving the first email saying order being processed and deliverg in 4-5 days. We heard nothing for 2 weeks. I emailed twice and telephoned twice (answwr machine) byt no reply. After reading other reviews with same problem, I rang and threatened legal action. After reading several reviews i am seeing a pattern emerging, wish i had taken the time pre ordering!! I ordered a Cadac Carri Chef with free cover!! Though I received the Cadac, the cover was missing! I have e-mailed and telephoned and left messages to absolutely no avail!! Dear Sir
As per our correspondence we advised you that we ran out of the covers at the time and had to order more in. All outstanding covers have been despatched using Royal Mail and will be with you and other customers in a few days - although Royal Mail now refuse to guarantee any delivery and can take up to 14 working days to deliver.
I apologise for the delay but we thought it better to send your BBQ than to send nothing and wait for your cover to arrive. I sincerely hope that you really enjoy your new purchase and the cover to keep it nice and protected for many years to come. May you have a pleasant Summer with your BBQ.

I ordered a BBQ which was shown as in stock when it turned out was not the case which was disappointing. When the BBQ did arrive parts were missing. The proprietor was friendly and prompt to chase the manufacturer for the parts but the manufacturer still took too long to send the missing parts for my satisfaction. I ordered two Highlander sleeping bags in Lime and Green only to be sent 2 completely different colours which I did not want. Sent them back and have tracking details so I know that they have received them back and I STILL HAVEN@T HAD MY REFUND. It is now nearly a month and several calls (nobody answers you have to leave a message, several emails and several messages using their messaging system on the website and NOT ONE REPLY. You have not returned the items in question. You could not even provide signed proof of delivery of these two items. Our terms and conditions clearly state that if a product is unavailable we will send out the nearest match even if it is of higher value and quality which we did and sent you the exact items albeit in different colours. Nevertheless as far as trying to create customer goodwill we even refunded you even though you have not returned the items in question and if you have we certainly would like to know exactly where you sent them to. Yes we are a small company that has a lot of positive reviews just look at our site, these are genuine reviews by customers that are repeat customers. We unfortunately do stumble ocassionally but as far as reviews are concerned it seems more people are prepared to give positive and glowing reviews on a proper site rather than moaning untruths on a site like this.
