I ordered 3 items, 1 was delivered and when I questioned the other 2 was emailed to say that they had been discontinued. Was promised a refund and 4 emails later ( and not able to contact by phone as the message states they are closed for stock taking) and 4 weeks after have stil not received a refund or any correspondence at all. Ordered Fiamma bike rack from this company, still not arrived several days later. I have tried contacting the company by phone on three numbers, only to hear recorded message that they are 'closed for stocktaking' for the next 3 weeks! I have been looking for a new Cadac, after a lot of research the best option seemed to be on CNF Outdoors, hadn't heard of them but they seemed genuine and had an up to date facebook page so ordered the Cadac, money was taken immediately and order went to 'picking' within 24 hours of order. if you paid with your bank card you have to wait about 15 days and then you can put in for undelivered goods I got my back 6 weeks later from bank. trading standards was informed about him , hope you get your money back,

This company is TERRIBLE! For company I suspect you should read one man band (that is playing reeeeally badly). Ordered a new tent on 1/7/14 site said it was in stock, they took payment straight away. When I checked the site the tent was now out of stock. A week later and the order status is still at picking stage. It surely does not take a week to put something in a box and post it? It's either in a warehouse or not! Solus our supplier went into administration at the end of May. We notified EVERY customer that had purchased a Solus product by way of bulk e-mails and phone calls on a regular basis. NOBODY could get stock until the administrators released it and certain items were not released which we had to refund. ALL refunds were processed however Streamline/Worldpay made a mess of the refunds which have only now been sorted. Please see their e-mail below:

"Dear

Thank you for contacting secure trading.

I am investigating this matter as urgency. I have the details of all refunds that were not processed from the 06/06/2014.I have passed all refunds to are transaction processing unit to manually process a total of 39 x Transactions total amount £xxxx. This will take up to 3 to 10 working days for the credits to settle in the customers bank, this also depends on which bank the customer banks with as this is out of Worldpay’s control.

I apologise for the late response and hope this is to your satisfaction.

Unfortunately we were let down badly by Coleman our supplier who never bothered to deliver most of our stock due to them getting confused in their own warehouse. It took us 2 weeks to get to some resolution and ultimately had to source an alternate supplier that is at last shipping our stock today/tomorrow for delivery to you on Wednesday. We have not recieved any calls or e-mails from you so to slate us like this is uncalled for.

I have taken action with my credit card to get a resolution in which I have forwarded them a print off of the EMAIL I SENT YOU! Along with other asked for documents which I have copys myself, So I havent slated you at all I have spoke the truth! To have no reply via email or phone which if ur having problems you should contact the customer to update them first for peace of mind, its aweful customer service from CNF, from this I can clearly see its not just me, its horrible for me to not know whats going on with my money an something ive ordered, so after plenty of attempts to contact you an nothing in return ive come here to warn others of my experience, an its taken this to recieve a response from you :(

I wish I had never found this site, sure they are a few pounds cheaper, but its a hassle getting your goods. They do not answer emails,The free phone number is never manned, no answer phone on it either. I am sure its illegal to have a website where you cannot be contacted.
