“Disgusting customer service.”

Absolutely abysmal service. I returned an item due to it being unsuitable. He initially ignored my contact requests for an RMA, I managed to contact him by telephone, and eventually received RMA instructions, in which the T&C's were in contravention of my statutory rights. He tried everything to avoid me returning the item initially stating that it would be rejected because it wasn't returned within 5 days of the RMA. Dear Sir

You did not attempt to return the goods were in your possession for 19 days after the date of delivery. Statutory law allows you only 14 days so clearly you are in the wrong. In terms of returning the item we agreed as a gesture of goodwill for you to return the goods. Please supply us proof of delivery and a signature showing receipt so that we can resolve this.

Is this your idea of a bad joke???

I completed your contact form 3 times on your website and was completely ignored. I finally got through to you by phone and you said you would send me an RMA number.

I sent the goods back to you on the 12th day after receiving your RMA and you was notified by email. I got a very quick response then telling me that the return would be rejected because it was outside of your 5 day return period, when advised that you was in breach of my statutory rights, you said you might accept it back but a handling fee would be charged. I informed you that was also a breach of my rights, to which I received no reply.

I have already emailed you proof of delivery along with your signature after you lied and said it was left in your driveway. It was not!

Further more you have already confirmed receipt of the parcel in our telephone conversion 2 days after the parcel was delivered, I have a recording of this.

On your facebook page you responded to my review confirming that the refund had already been processed. I quote:

"Your refund was processed as we had agreed even though you returned the goods well after the legal allowance which we did as a goodwill gesture. However we can still cancel this and leave the package for you to collect. Please do not post lies."

My refund still hasn't been processed and if it hasn't been received by Friday, I will see you in court as per my 7 day letter of notice.

“ Not very pleasant”

Gazebo we bought was not at all like the picture shown, it's sides fitted inside the legs when zipped up NOT outside the legs as photo showed. Rang them and they knew of this but blamed the manufacturer for sending them a misleading picture! When I suggested they remove the picture or added in their description the picture was wrong they said they couldn't and to take it up with the manufacturer. I was very dissapointed that CNF was not able to deliver my awning to my address and that subsequently I had to go and collect my order from a neighbour 1 mile away. In spite of specific instructions I was caused inconvenience and an apology was not enough. Dear Sir
You ordered your Awning on the Friday morning and it was delivered on the following Monday - earlier than what we originally advised you. Details of your address and your instructions were passed to the courier concerned. Unfortunately your Farm has almost the identical name as that of your neighbour and we CANNOT be held liable for them not getting the address correct - especially as you yourself advised me that the couriers ALWAYS make this mistake. You also called me to complain and advised me over the phone that you were very happy with the service with the exception of the courier. Obviously you were being very economical with the truth at the time, so I doubt anyone will take this review very seriously. As for compensation???? For what?

As the supplier of goods you are liable for ensuring the correct execution of the contract. You can't simply pass the buck.
The courier apparently dropped my order without obtaining a signature for the receipt of goods and this was an irresponsible way of supplying goods in excess of £400.
A gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused would have been appreciated.

Dear Customer, As stated in our e-mail, all motor movers are shipped directly by our supplier and are advertised using the images and descriptions supplied by them. I have tried to get to the bottom of this wth the supplier but they insist that you have received what you ordered.

As stated in the review. It is your resposibility as the seller to make sure what is described on the site is what you are selling.The product I have received looks nothing like the product in the photo's and is not as described as it does not have any of the outer plastic splash guard covering of the latest model. I have received the old version of this mover which looks considerably different to the photo's you are displaying on your site, just go and look at any other site selling this mover, your site is the only one describing and showing photo's of the new version and that is exactly why I ordered from CNF. That is what you are displaying and describing and should be supplying. You cannot pass the buck to the manufacturer, I did not purchase from them, I purchased from CNF Outdoor and it is your responsibility to make sure the Manufacturer sends out the latest version, not what they have left in stock of the older version.

“T25 blinds that don't fit”

Purchased blinds, 2 of the six blinds in the pack were identical (instead of opposites) so didn't fit the back right hand side window properly. You are obviously very good at avoiding the truth. Your order had not been despatched by our supplier as I found out after your incessant childish calls threatening me. You were refunded immediately and made a nuisance of yourself to the point where we had to hang up on you and block you. You are a pest and a trouble maker. Learn to tell the truth.

Dear mr hardline when posting negative comments please ensure that you actually state the truth. It is common practice for a supplier to request images of damaged parts to speed up the replacement parts rather than recall the entire 90kg gazebo back. If you do not send images in a timeously manner then it also delays the process. All images and queries regarding missing/damaged parts are handled very efficiently and sent out once all relevant information is received unless the parts have to be ordered in.

“Broke within days!”

Ordered for delivery on a specified date, came on the day before and was only by chance I was in. The instructions are fairly minimal but its not difficult to build as you know what it should look like at the end of the day. The canopy broke ie. completely sheared off 4 days later, in good weather conditions with no wind. Ji, Following all the e-mails between you and I and the manufacturer, it was plainly evident that the Hammock was not assembled correctly nor was it stored correctly as per our advice from the manufacturer.
We agreed to replace the broken part out of goodwill, however the manufacturer ran out of their current batch of spares and we advised that the new batch is only due in July with the next container. We sell thousands of these hammocks and have NEVER had an issue with the part you described before. If you wish to leave negative feedback then please have the decency to tell it as it really is.

As per my previous emails, I confirm that the hammock was assembled as per the manufacturers instructions. You cannot say that it was not stored correctly as there were no instructions whatsoever to fold the canopy vertical at the end of each day.
If you read my review properly, it said that when I wrote BACK to the company I did not receive a response. This is indeed correct. Whilst you did respond to my first email in which I said the product was broken, and you replied to say that a part would arrive from China some time in a few months. I then emailed you back to say that I needed to know when the part would be delivered (ie. not when no-one is home necessitating having to drive to a depot miles away to collect it-the hammock itself was delivered on the wrong day after all) and at the time of writing the review I had not heard from you.
I am perplexed as to why I am accused of not telling it how it really is, and I do take exception to the implication of your comments. It seems particularly childish to me.

I purchased thermal blinds for my camper van. The 2 side window blinds were for the same window. I tried calling customer service but had to give up as waiting on hold for ages. Sent an email but no reply. The front window blind is not a great fit either. The suckers are set in from the edges so there is nothing to hold them in place. Putting the sun visors down helped but still a baggy fit. I probably wouldn't have minded this if the side windows had been correct and/or the customer service… Read Full Review
