Your ears may be large for listening, but nothing happens! Actions would be appreciated. I was told the item I ordered in November was out of stock and would be refunded. To date and after at least 2 emails, still no refund. I requested an invoice for the item I did receive but this also took 2 emails before any response and I still got an invoice for two items, one of which I had been told was out of stock and would be refunded. I ordered some goods before christmas which have still not arrived over 6 weeks later... They took my money on the day I ordered the goods and I heard only that my order was, 'processing'. I ordered a new bike from CNF outdoors on the 27th December after several emails and now 4 weeks, I have no bike and no idea if it is actually going to come. Very disappointed with the service as after some chasing I did get a response saying they thought it had been despatched and would come back to me. Unbelievably poor customer service. I purchased a pair of walking trousers before Christmas which I simply need to exchange for a different size. Since christmas i have made in excess of 20 phone calls and endless amounts of emails to them, but not one reply. Item never arrived, till trying to get a refund on an order placed in december, no sucessful communication for over 3 weeks. Have also contacted a well known uk manufacturer, hopefully they can confirm they are still trading at least, and hopefully share some alternative numbers, addresses etc. Both addresses on CNF`s website seem to be residential which concerned me. I guess they could still be a small trader just a very poor one. Good to know you received an order though i was beginning to wonder if they actually existed.

I am utterly disgusted with this company, well i use the term company but basically it seems to be a scheme. I paid for my kids bike in November for Xmas and never received it. CNF are a small company in Nottingham offering some great prices but as with things that appear to be to good to be true, then they usually are. The experience I've had with them has been nothing short of pathetic with only an automated email to notify me of my order being processed (them taking the payment from my credit card) and then nothing else. I'm having the same issues with a sleeping bag I ordered. I paid for it before Christmas and still not received it. I emailed them and got one reply saying some rubbish about them moving and waiting for stock. I said if they can deliver within a week otherwise I'd like a refund. Sent about 7 emails since and had no response at all. I'm climbing Kilimanjaro next month and now dont have a bag and looks like I've lost £115 :( Did you go to citizens advise?

This company shouldn't be in business still. The way they treat customers is shocking. I purchased something for Christmas. They took the money out but never dispatched the item. They don't answer any emails or phone calls. Nowhere on our site does it offer a 48 hour delivery service on ANY bicycle. Only items that have "Next Day Delivery" in the title have this. Your bike was duly refunded as the manufacturer ran out of stock and did not advise us.
Please ensure you read the delivery instructions in future and do not assume we offer the delivery you are seeking.

I got the money back via my bank as a dispute not a refund from you!!
And here is the e-mail I received regarding 48 hour delivery..


The last of the bikes shipped yesterday on a 48 hour service with yodel.

The actual item supplied is superb, although the cut is large - and ideally should be tried on in person - as it is I have a 40" chest and needed a small (not medium) The service provided by CNF has been very poor - difficult to get on the phone - and if an item has to be returned they are very clear that its a 14 day returns policy in writing ....
