Dear mr hardline when posting negative comments please ensure that you actually state the truth. It is common practice for a supplier to request images of damaged parts to speed up the replacement parts rather than recall the entire 90kg gazebo back. If you do not send images in a timeously manner then it also delays the process. All images and queries regarding missing/damaged parts are handled very efficiently and sent out once all relevant information is received unless the parts have to be ordered in.

“Broke within days!”

Ordered for delivery on a specified date, came on the day before and was only by chance I was in. The instructions are fairly minimal but its not difficult to build as you know what it should look like at the end of the day. The canopy broke ie. completely sheared off 4 days later, in good weather conditions with no wind. Ji, Following all the e-mails between you and I and the manufacturer, it was plainly evident that the Hammock was not assembled correctly nor was it stored correctly as per our advice from the manufacturer.
We agreed to replace the broken part out of goodwill, however the manufacturer ran out of their current batch of spares and we advised that the new batch is only due in July with the next container. We sell thousands of these hammocks and have NEVER had an issue with the part you described before. If you wish to leave negative feedback then please have the decency to tell it as it really is.

As per my previous emails, I confirm that the hammock was assembled as per the manufacturers instructions. You cannot say that it was not stored correctly as there were no instructions whatsoever to fold the canopy vertical at the end of each day.
If you read my review properly, it said that when I wrote BACK to the company I did not receive a response. This is indeed correct. Whilst you did respond to my first email in which I said the product was broken, and you replied to say that a part would arrive from China some time in a few months. I then emailed you back to say that I needed to know when the part would be delivered (ie. not when no-one is home necessitating having to drive to a depot miles away to collect it-the hammock itself was delivered on the wrong day after all) and at the time of writing the review I had not heard from you.
I am perplexed as to why I am accused of not telling it how it really is, and I do take exception to the implication of your comments. It seems particularly childish to me.

“Poor customer service”

I purchased thermal blinds for my camper van. The 2 side window blinds were for the same window. I tried calling customer service but had to give up as waiting on hold for ages. Sent an email but no reply. The front window blind is not a great fit either. The suckers are set in from the edges so there is nothing to hold them in place. Putting the sun visors down helped but still a baggy fit. I probably wouldn't have minded this if the side windows had been correct and/or the customer service… Read Full Review

I got my money back by going to my bank and requesting Chargeback.
Goods ordered 12th March - you claim to have refunded me 24th April.(42days approx)
Consumer contracts regulations "If no time frame is agreed, the seller has 30days from the day after they receive the order to deliver your goods."
Why didn't you return my calls?
Why didn't you reply to my emails?
Why did you say the tap was being despatched the next day when you obviously didn't have the stock. I have copies of all emails and phone records and a statement from my bank indicating my refund was chargeback.

Our telephone lines are extremely busy at this time of year.Fact is we have been experiencing severe issues with TNT delivering on time, even though we pay them for next day delivery (hence us no longer offering a next day service on the Gazebos anymore). I can only apologise that you experienced late delivery due to TNT and a backlog due to Easter.

I did not intentionally reply anonymous, and do not appreciate the sarcastic comment. I am not used to using review sites and would have thought in any case you would have my details and should have replied to me so as not to leave me with reason to leave the negative review in the first place. perhaps that is something you should consider. If there is any confusion my name is, as you know from my countless e mails [name removed]. I am sure you can find my further details from that. Understanding now that my first review was anonymous, I would have thought that you would be able to distinguish between those customers you have let down from those you haven't and perhaps narrow it down. Either way, and in any case, i am obviously very upset and disappointed, I expressed this to you previously in e mails to which I received short infrequent and impersonal replies. so I hardly think it is appropriate now for you to assume that I is "amazing" that I am preventing you from "rectifying my situation" and " Supposed missing refund". While we accept that there were issues with the awning being delivered on time, we could not get hold of you to advise that as your particular awning was a range being run down to make way for a new range for next year, and that we were waiting for you to respond to our requests for the different colours before we could ship.
I aapologise for the delay in your order, however if a customer does not respond then how do you expect us to ship when there is an product variation?

29th Feb - First email chase up
1st Mar (am) - Second email chase up
1st Mar (pm) - Third email chase up
3rd Mar - Email advising of credit card security chase up.
3rd Mar - Yahoo - final response advising product delivered, but with no real information.
7th Mar - Delivery attempt made.

Sir, if from these reviews, you cannot see that your service quality is extremely poor and that it requires to be addressed, then it is a problem. I would suggest you stop trying to blame others and deal with your companies inadequacies.

I ordered a gazeebo which stated next day delivery. Took time off work to put it up but three days later, still nothing. The company have blamed TNT but I called TNT myself & they did not know what I was talking about, they do not even have an account with CNF. Hi,
I am sorry that your Gazebo arrived later than expected. CNF Outdoors DO NOT use TNT couriers at all, however the Gazebos are shipped direct by the manufacturer due to the size and weight. Our Manufacturer use TNT and they have had a load of issues with TNT misrouting or delivering late to the point that they are looking for a better courier service.
