Bought these thermal blinds from you. Took a while to arrive in the post and started to get worried that they took over a week to arrive. Got them out the bag and followed the instructions but the plastic suckers are very tricky to get in the holes, so warmed them up in hot water and made them fit a lot easier. Easy enough to fit but as soon as I took them off the Windows I've noticed that on every thermal blind minimum of one eyelets has started to rip and tear around the metal eyelet… Read Full Review

Nothing wrong with the item but frustratingly poor customer service. No reply to several emails. Never anyone on the end of the phone. Never got a response to messages left on the answerphone. Item only turned up after numerous emails. Apparently it was out of stock but if so I should have been informed, if not at source on the internet site, at least immediately the order was received. Dear Sir
While we accept that there were issues with the awning being delivered on time, we could not get hold of you to advise that as your particular awning was a range being run down to make way for a new range for next year, and that we were waiting for you to respond to our requests for the different colours before we could ship.
I aapologise for the delay in your order, however if a customer does not respond then how do you expect us to ship when there is an product variation?

Ordered this awning 3 weeks ago. On website said that item had been shipped.tried to contact but all that I got was answer phone. After reading reviews was a little worried about purchase. Automated responses, when placing this first ever order, from CNF Outdoors were good, however when I tried to follow up after two weeks, everything changed. I tried over several days to call the company to check on status, each was faced each time with an automated answering service, stating unable to answer call due to call load, even in late evening - same message. 29th Feb - several phones calls with automated garbage answer, even in the evening
29th Feb - First email chase up
1st Mar (am) - Second email chase up
1st Mar (pm) - Third email chase up
3rd Mar - Email advising of credit card security chase up.
3rd Mar - Yahoo - final response advising product delivered, but with no real information.
7th Mar - Delivery attempt made.

Sir, if from these reviews, you cannot see that your service quality is extremely poor and that it requires to be addressed, then it is a problem. I would suggest you stop trying to blame others and deal with your companies inadequacies.

The money was deducted from my account within seconds of the order being submitted, but I don't know if they will accept the order. I have emailed them and tried to ring, but no reply. I ordered a gazeebo which stated next day delivery. Took time off work to put it up but three days later, still nothing. The company have blamed TNT but I called TNT myself & they did not know what I was talking about, they do not even have an account with CNF. I asked CNF for the tracking order number but they are now avoiding me. I spent £849 & am so angry. AVOID AVOID AVOID spending any of your money with this company. Hi,
I am sorry that your Gazebo arrived later than expected. CNF Outdoors DO NOT use TNT couriers at all, however the Gazebos are shipped direct by the manufacturer due to the size and weight. Our Manufacturer use TNT and they have had a load of issues with TNT misrouting or delivering late to the point that they are looking for a better courier service.
