I ordered a BBQ which was shown as in stock when it turned out was not the case which was disappointing. When the BBQ did arrive parts were missing. The proprietor was friendly and prompt to chase the manufacturer for the parts but the manufacturer still took too long to send the missing parts for my satisfaction. Have purchased a number of items from CNF and all of them have been delivered in a timely manor and been of good quality. In respect to my last purchase, there was an issue through Royal Mail but I contacted CNF and they sorted this quickly and efficiently. I loved the fact that when I called I spoke to the owner who was so helpful and efficient - must be an Antipodean thing !!?? Solus our supplier went into administration at the end of May. We notified EVERY customer that had purchased a Solus product by way of bulk e-mails and phone calls on a regular basis. NOBODY could get stock until the administrators released it and certain items were not released which we had to refund. ALL refunds were processed however Streamline/Worldpay made a mess of the refunds which have only now been sorted. Please see their e-mail below:

"Dear

Thank you for contacting secure trading.

I am investigating this matter as urgency. I have the details of all refunds that were not processed from the 06/06/2014.I have passed all refunds to are transaction processing unit to manually process a total of 39 x Transactions total amount £xxxx. This will take up to 3 to 10 working days for the credits to settle in the customers bank, this also depends on which bank the customer banks with as this is out of Worldpay’s control.

I apologise for the late response and hope this is to your satisfaction.

Hi Sinead
Unfortunately we were let down badly by Coleman our supplier who never bothered to deliver most of our stock due to them getting confused in their own warehouse. It took us 2 weeks to get to some resolution and ultimately had to source an alternate supplier that is at last shipping our stock today/tomorrow for delivery to you on Wednesday. We have not recieved any calls or e-mails from you so to slate us like this is uncalled for.

I have taken action with my credit card to get a resolution in which I have forwarded them a print off of the EMAIL I SENT YOU! Along with other asked for documents which I have copys myself, So I havent slated you at all I have spoke the truth! To have no reply via email or phone which if ur having problems you should contact the customer to update them first for peace of mind, its aweful customer service from CNF, from this I can clearly see its not just me, its horrible for me to not know whats going on with my money an something ive ordered, so after plenty of attempts to contact you an nothing in return ive come here to warn others of my experience, an its taken this to recieve a response from you :(

I have ordered a Gazebo top, may 6 same as everyone else telephone not answered, he as blocked my comments on FB , he did answer my emails saying he refunded my money, nothing gone back in my bank. I got a meeting with my bank next week to see what they will do, also trading standards , he took my money knowing full well he could not get my goods as the company that made them had gone in to liquidation ,

Hi sorry not to post comment sooner. I got my tent after many emails and attempted phonecalls. No explanation. No apology. I had canceled my debit card on the advice of fraud squad. I had also purchased another tent for the trip. Cost to me - £80 more than I originally paid + phonecalls to helpline + contacting my bank + stress.

The only time CNF seems to respond to anyone is when they write a bad review on this site. Well let's see if they respond to my review. I've emailed 3 times and tried calling 5 times. Numerous e-mails were sent to you regarding these chairs, unfortunately you did not set our e-mail as a non-spam e-mail on your account and consequently all our e-mails must have made it only to your spam folder. We had an issue with Coleman not delivering our stock which we resolved and the chairs arrived this week. We however due to your threatening attitude decided to cancel your order and issue a full refund yet you continued to threaten us - even though you were notified of the refund.

I was sent the wrong product and then ignored when i emailed to sort it out. I was only replied to when i threatened to reclaim the money. I was then asked to post back the product and have not yet recieved a refund. Customer service is the worst i have ever encountered.
