“Brilliant Service”

I ordered a Gelert Horizon 10 tent from CNF Outdors and recieved it within 3 days of order. I was kept informed all the way from order processing to shipped. When I opened the tent one of the poles appeared to be damaged through manufacturers fault. I called CNF on Sunday to sort out this issue. They answered my call and I recieved a replacement TENT the following Tuesday and the old one was taken back with no questions or problems. “CNF Outdoors Buyer Beware”

Ordered a tent side porch cost £103.00 but when item arrived it was an end porch which wasn't what I ordered and wouldn't fit my tent.Got in touch with C&F told to send it back,sent it back at a cost of £13.00 ,when they got it back it was in the same condition as I received it the only thing I did was take it out of the bag to look at it.the only money I got back was £92.70 less £8.99 post £10.30 restocking charge + £13.00 return post.very dissapointed with this companys service which...
