This company is TERRIBLE! For company I suspect you should read one man band (that is playing reeeeally badly). I ordered a replacement canopy for a gazebo a month ago and despite several emails between ourselves and the company we still have not received our goods. This person even had the affront to blame his carrier for non-delivery. I know carriers can be bad but they do get the goods to you eventually. I ordered a new Gazebo Canopy from CNF. It arrived promptly and after fitting it I found that it had two large "water marks" on opposite sides of he canopy. I e-mailed CNF and two days after a new canopy arrived !! Didn't have any of the problems experienced by others. Everything went smoothly, my terra nova voyager tent arrived 2 days after I placed the order, It was well packed, I was kept informed of progress via email and was able to track via the courier once dispatched. Ordered a new tent on 1/7/14 site said it was in stock, they took payment straight away. When I checked the site the tent was now out of stock. A week later and the order status is still at picking stage. It surely does not take a week to put something in a box and post it? It's either in a warehouse or not! Have purchased a number of items from CNF and all of them have been delivered in a timely manor and been of good quality. In respect to my last purchase, there was an issue through Royal Mail but I contacted CNF and they sorted this quickly and efficiently. Solus our supplier went into administration at the end of May. We notified EVERY customer that had purchased a Solus product by way of bulk e-mails and phone calls on a regular basis. NOBODY could get stock until the administrators released it and certain items were not released which we had to refund. ALL refunds were processed however Streamline/Worldpay made a mess of the refunds which have only now been sorted. Please see their e-mail below:

"Dear

Thank you for contacting secure trading.

I am investigating this matter as urgency. I have the details of all refunds that were not processed from the 06/06/2014.I have passed all refunds to are transaction processing unit to manually process a total of 39 x Transactions total amount £xxxx. This will take up to 3 to 10 working days for the credits to settle in the customers bank, this also depends on which bank the customer banks with as this is out of Worldpay’s control.

I apologise for the late response and hope this is to your satisfaction.

Unfortunately we were let down badly by Coleman our supplier who never bothered to deliver most of our stock due to them getting confused in their own warehouse. It took us 2 weeks to get to some resolution and ultimately had to source an alternate supplier that is at last shipping our stock today/tomorrow for delivery to you on Wednesday. We have not recieved any calls or e-mails from you so to slate us like this is uncalled for.

I have taken action with my credit card to get a resolution in which I have forwarded them a print off of the EMAIL I SENT YOU! Along with other asked for documents which I have copys myself, So I havent slated you at all I have spoke the truth! To have no reply via email or phone which if ur having problems you should contact the customer to update them first for peace of mind, its aweful customer service from CNF, from this I can clearly see its not just me, its horrible for me to not know whats going on with my money an something ive ordered, so after plenty of attempts to contact you an nothing in return ive come here to warn others of my experience, an its taken this to recieve a response from you :(
