There was a problem with the supplier to CNF so my purchase was delayed, I did not know about this so emailed and phoned CNF several times but had no response. It nearly got to the stage (after weeks of waiting) where I made a claim to get my money back! All of a sudden I received a communication explaining the supplier problems and that the parts were on the way. If this had happened when I initially called or emailed I would have given 5 stars!!!!
