I ordered a bike for my 6 year old son for Christmas. Received the order confirmation then kept checking for a delivery date. This did not come. On a late Saturday afternoon there was a knock at the door and when I opened the delivery man presented me with the bike to which my son had spotted too. Very disappointing. Why do you not advise a delivery date when every other seller does??!

Dear Customer

Our bikes are shipped directly by the factory and we do not recieve the exact shipping dates from them. There is a slight backlog so I apologise for any delay in your order.
