I ordered a tunnel tent a couple of weeks ago, order arrived on time, unfortunately there was an issue with the poles provided. I contacted CFN immediately and within 3 days they had contacted the tent manufacturer and had replacements sent direct to me. During the time CFN were constantly in contact with myself to ensure I had the latest information which I felt was excellent customer service.
