We ordered a side porch for our tent, we ordered with over two weeks to go before our holiday. After payment we tried several time to contact this company on phone....don't waste your time or money, they never picked up, So wrote them an E mail, generic reply with no answer to my question, almost I would imagine like an out of office type reply.

After about ten days of nothing I started a dispute with the credit card company, then suddenly a failed delivery, we were not in so not CNF fault. We re- arranged delivery only for the UKmail not to attend. Several attempts contacting the delivery company and they stated I needed to contact the seller as there was issues with their account, this was the account with UKmail. When I asked them (UKmail) they stated they had not paid their bills and they would not deliver the item. After lots of talking and pleading they delivered the item, the Saturday morning just before we left for holiday!

At no point did CNF ever make contact with me or reply answering my question, they took two weeks to deliver one item.

When we unpacked the 'New' item on the campsite there was dead grass within the package, not sure if this is second hand or ex display or something else, the item look brand new but strange to have dead grass in the packet.
Needless to say, I will never use CNF Outdoors again, I strongly urge anyone thinking about using them to avoid and find a better seller, there are plenty out there.

Really disappointing that I have to leave a review like this as their website is good with a good range, but to me, customer service needs to be in place to maintain return customers.
