I have to say initially I was a bit dubious as not heard of CNF before, but have to say have nothing but positive things to say. I had already ordered my porch when another supplier let me down with my tent carpet I rang and got through quiet quickly gentleman I spoke with very helpful and had what I required in stock and agreed to add to the order. Was told everything would be with me the next day and true to his word they arrived the next afternoon. Would defiantly use again and will be recommending to friends and family.

I was a genuine customer who actually had good customer service for a change, people seem quick to complain but will not always readily give positive feed back. It's a shame when I can not leave a positive comment without someone becoming suspicious of this.
