“Don't waste your time with this firm”

Purchased campervan screens from this company, waited 2 weeks- nothing. No response to either e.mails or phone call. Luckily used Paypal, they forwarded a message requesting refund, company confirmed refund but nothing received. Escalated to claim through Paypal and luckily got my money back.
Don't bother trying to get a bargain, they just don't exist.

Dear Customer
We advised you that this item was on back-order until the end of March and kept you fully informed as such from the time of purchase to the time you put in a paypal claim. We are sorry you feel this way as your order would have been with you now as stock has arrived.
We have been in business for over 6 years and have many many more positive reviews from our customers. Unfortunately our e-mails wind up in Spam folders which we have no control over and it would help if you looked there for our correspondence.

Probability dictates that evan an incompetent person will be able to order something, repackage it and post it again without going wrong too often. Shame you can't seem to figure out what to do when things go wrong. Is ignorance really the best policy?
