My dad who is 70 brought a running machine from the store in Tunbridge and explained his needs and than that he lives in a flat and need to store it.However he was never told if it was not suitable he could not return it and get his money back. Also the machine is 130 kg and at no time was my dad told of this especially when he asked if he could put it away in his flat.

As soon as the goods came and we realised of the error we rang the branch only to be told he could not have the money back or an exchange quite abruptly. Especially as the running machine was not cheap and cost £2000.00

PLEASE CONSIDER AND ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE BUYING ANY PRODUCTS FROM THERE AS THIS IS A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
