I have the same story as the majority of the reviews here. Ordered in mid Nov., they charged my card and never sent any of the items. Phone number goes to voicemail. Customer service is email only without response. Unfortunately my daughter never got her Christmas gift and more importantly has no equipment. (sucks when you live in a ski town!)
