“Great service”

Purchased a Bonfire Arc jacket and a 4Square hoody, both were cheaper than anywhere else online, AND free postage. Nice.
Had to return the hoody as it was too large and one of the pop-studs was faulty. Received a call 2 days later apologising for the problems I'd had, and that my card used for payment had expired, so gave new card details and problem solved, had my postage costs reimbursed too. Great service!
