“Review on state of parcel”

My order was for a Christmas present and when I received it the packing was extremely broken and wrecked and in no state to give to a friend I would be embarrassed to give a gift in the state I recieved tht. I'm not impressed and will not be telling friends about this service

Hi there. .Did your package arrive damaged in the post? I'm sorry about this. Especially annoying for us as the courier/post company have now caused us to get bad feedback.
