I ordered a product from Block and Winch and paid for it. They have not provided the product, do not reply to emails and I can find no phone number. I appear to have lost my money and a month waiting. Terrible service.

I suppose it's my own fault for expecting stuff ordered online to be delivered within a week or so - two Ronstan blocks took 3 weeks to arrive. In my defence, there were no replies from BlockAndWinch to my email communication and no comments to my PayPal dispute. In summary, they could do themselves a big favour with a quick reply if delivery times are anticipated to be slow. Top quality blocks !

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Block and Winch and never seen the products. Attempts to contact them have on both occassions failed. Why order a 2nd time? Tempted by a product online ordered then when the problems started I realised it was a company I had earlier issues with.

I purchased a product on 28.04.2014 and I'm still waiting for it to come. Terrible service. i'm disappointed.

Overall, I was very happy, and would be pleased to recommend Block & Winch. However, the website would not let me order for shipment to Ireland, only allowing the UK and a few other defined countries. This was manually over-ridden by a very helpful and obliging customer service, and the goods were shipped promptly, and at low cost. I hope this minor glitch will be remedied soon, as everything else was very satisfactory.

It was an easy website with lots of information , delivered fast and without VAT to Switzerland, Highly recommended
