I bought a bike from Bikes 2U Direct online on a Friday and it arrived on the Tuesday. Unfortunately I was not able to assemble it as there was a manufacturing fault with the forks and the front wheel could not be fitted. I phoned Bikes 2U Direct at about 2:30 pm to tell them about the fault and they offered to either: a) send me a new set of forks AND pay for a cycle shop to fit them or b) send a replacement bike. I opted for a replacement and they emailed me an address label to return the faulty bike in the original packaging. At 1000 the following day acourier arrived with a replacement bike and took away the faulty one. The person I spoke to on the phone is a credit to the company and the company itself demonstrates excellent customer service, second to none. Thankyou Bikes 2U Direct.
