I ordered a diamond back bike for my son, it arrived in 2 days , easy to assemble but I was having problem with the left pedal attaching to the arm, I thought it was cross threaded and emailed customer service to inform them, they promptly emailed back and informed me it screws in counter clockwise, wish I'd read the instructions provided, all tools needed to build the bike are supplied so happy all round , would recommend as a quality bike was supplied
