“Disappointing”

As we were buying 3 bikes we telephoned to ask how easy they were to put together, we were told it was a quick and easy, 5 minute job! After one hour of trying to put together one of the bikes, we had to resort to paying a bike shop to do all three. I emailed bikes2udirect who denied all knowledge of the conversation, they said it would take even a trained person 20 minutes to put the bike together! To top it all, one of the bikes had a saddle missing! Very disappointed!

I was told to take my damaged wheel (they sent it damaged!) to Halfords to get it trued! So I had to attempt to 'fix' a new bike! Disgraceful.
