i ordered a £500 bike at the end of october. after waiting a week and a half, I rang bikes2u and was told that the bike had never been in stock, and it had been taken off the website. I was waiiting a week and a half, they knew they didn't have it, and they waited for me to contact them instead of giving some decent customer service and letting me know I wasnt getting a bike. The girl I spoke to was rude and unhelpful, and would not let me speak to a manager - I sense this is a very small company - when there are no problems, I'm sure it goes very well, but if there are any issues, they will not be dealt with quickly or efficiently.
