Bike was ordered and shipped without any issues. Price was great and product was exactly what I was looking for. However, when I received the box, the forks had bent in transit ... I suspect this was the fault of the courier service, not the supplier. I emailed the customer service team and within minutes received a response to my inquiry and had a new bike within 3 days. My dealings with the service team were nothing but positive. Excellent customer service alone is reason to purchase from this shop!
