“Excellent customer service”

The bike was delivered with no delivery time problems and was well packed / protected.
After assembling the bike (only a few easy things to do!) a problem with the chain-set was apparent.
After a few e.mails to Bikes 2U Direct customer service they speedily identified the issue and rapidly sent out a new part free of charge.
I have been extremely impressed with their concern, professionalism and the way in which they rectified the problem...all with a great and refreshing "can-do" manner.

I would definitely recommend this company and would buy from them again without hesitation.
They are definitely not a "get the money quick, send-out the product and forget about the customer" type of internet company.
