“Excellent customer service”

I ordered a Barracuda Sawtooth on the Wednesday and it was with me on the Friday very fast service. Unfortunately when I came to assemble the bike the front forks had been damaged and there was no way I could get the front wheel to fit. I sent an email to bikes2udirect because it was out of hours and got a reply the next working day. We arranged a convenient time for the old bike to be picked up and the new bike to be delivered. The new bike came on time and was assembled in no time at all without any problems.
I would definitely buy from bikes2udirect again and would recommend. Well done and top marks for customer service.
