After being recommended the website by a friend I was delighted to see the bikes on offer so a friend and I ordered one each.
It arrived quickly which was great, however my friends bike was damaged, neither of ours had tools or instructions as was stated. But to top it off my bike arrived without a saddle.
Absolutely furious that I have to wait longer for this to be resolved.
I was told my customer services that I was "Unlucky" Luck has absolutely nothing to do with this massive lack of professionalism.
