Yes the bike was delivered on time but it was damaged and had no saddle. They also deliver it in parts and you have to put it together yourself (if you have the tools and the skills of course) which is not made clear on the website or when you place the order.

Their returns process is like stepping back in time; they can only pick up on working days so you (the customer) has to lose wages rather than Bikes2UDirect paying for thier mistakes.

So I did take a day off work for the collection and courier never even turned up! Their response? Take another day off (and lose more wages) and we'll try to pick it up next week!

The staff are hopeless and have no initiative and no interest in resolving customers' problems at all - they're only concerned with making their own lives and those of their useless couriers easier. I'd stick to Halfords; easier and (in the long run) much cheaper!
