I ordered a Brooklyn Reflex hybrid bike and it arrived within 3 days as they had promised. Tracking and updates were acurate and easy to use. Bike well packaged and in perfect condition. Construction was as a result of good packaging challenging and instructions could have been clearer. However upon having constructed the bike slightly incorrectly creating a foot overlap with front wheel, customer services responded very swiftly and resolved the issue within an hour. Could have made us feel stupid but didn't!!! Excellent customer service.
