A truly awful company. I placed an order and after 3 weeks of no item arriving, I phoned them, only to find my product was not in stock. I rang repeatedly every 3 weeks or so with the same response that it was expected within the next few days. I gave up after a while and requested a refund. After no refund was given, and my numerous unanswered calls to their York store, I decided to take the money back through my bank. Thankyou Bike Outlet for teaching me the true meaning of terrible customer service.

DO NOT USE THEM!
