Ordered a bike on 9th April due to be delivered within 1-5 days, still not received. No answer to any phone calls or reply to e-mails. Have also noted on e-bay that they are no longer a registered user.
Have been in touch with Sage payment as they are the third party who deal with the secure payment method to them and were not aware of any problems.
I have already been in touch with my credit card company to arrange a chargeback.
Can't afford to lose £200.
