“COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE”

I purchased a Claud Butler Road/Racing Bike on 28th December 2011 - the price was very good.

I had a phone call on 4th January 2012 - 6 days after the money was taken from my account, to say that the bike was not in stock, but I could pay more for a more expensive model. I refused and requested a refund.

I trusted their word that they would refund my account, however, 3 weeks later, no bike and I am still over £400.00 down.

I am disgusted with this poor service.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
