I ordered a Hayes 98-21978 Stroker Ryde Pad Fixing Pin but received an item which did not match the advert i.e. the clip was missing. I was fobbed off by customer services with them claiming to contact Hayes for advice. Bottom line is that they supplied goods not as advertised. Now awaiting a refund after four weeks from ordering the part. Please note the company is based in Korea, this is reflected in their postage charges.
