I have seen a lot of negative reviews so I dont know if there has been a policy change since I have been using them.During the last year I have had over a dozen various pistols and rifles all have been very good value and great to own. In the rare case of a problem it has been quickly addressed and resolved.All e mails and phone calls have been answered promptly and again resolved. Many Thanks to BB Guns For Less and all their team,lots in my wish list for next year.

I placed an order, or thought I did but didn't properly send through - my mistake - so I emailed on Sunday and was surprised to have a reply about annhoir later. After checking the order system and relaying emails back and fore it was confirmed that I had messed up. Going back to the BBguns4less website I placed the order properly and within a few minutes I received another email from the BB4..team confirming they had thus time correctly received and assured me the items would be packaged and given to a courier first thing the next day, Monday. Checking my mail Monday morning I had, indeed, received confirmation that the order had been given to the courier and was now on it's way. Personally, between the unusual Sunday service and über prompt placement with the courier first thing the next day I was, still am, very much impressed with the service and they definitely deserve the 'above and beyond' merit. Incomplete order. Recommended incorrect battery. Ignored 4 emails. Eventually said return AT OWN COST. Totally unacceptable. Disgraceful company. AVOID.

Purchased a Well G291 CO2 bb pistol from BBguns4less. I would not consider this to be a safe or reliable gun. I have received no response from bbguns4less and would have expected some communication this is the second gun I have had from these people, the previous had issues after a few weeks, this gun totally malfunctioned and the experience convinces me that although the prices are cheap this gun was only £29.95 my advice is to pay the extra and go to your local gun shop in person and listen to people who know about guns and buy something with reliability and safety from suppliers who test and know the standard of what they are selling. I wasted two CO2 cartridges which the gun just expelled the CO2 each time through the barrel. Got the third one fixed in, the installing of the cartridge is very iffy. Shot one bb pellet then the gun malfunctioned, when I tried to discharge it again shot all the CO2 out of the barrel. The whole discharge system seems to have failed. It discharges CO2 through the muzzle at an alarming rate with a great volume. Avoid these people and this gun.

Ordered two guns Sunday paid for quick delivery now Thursday and nothing. Email, messaged via Facebook and called 33 times nothing. Do not order anything from these people.

I ordered a BBgun in November ready for Christmas. On Christmas morning the gun that I spent over £100 on was found to be unusable. The battery that should have been in the box wasn’t there, I hadn’t known to check, my son was gutted. I emailed the company, and got no response, I emailed again, no response. I ordered a battery from Hong Kong and it arrived and I still haven’t had a response from BbGuns4 less, I think I have emailed them about 6 times now, they never answer the phone, I would steer well clear if you are thinking of buying from these guys, because if your order is wrong you have no hope of getting it sorted out.

Sell you damaged goods that turn up eventually no customer service what so ever never answer the phones or emails 

I ordered a Well MB10 sniper from this website. The description of the item on their web page at the time of ordering said that it included a telescopic sight and a bipod. The gun arrived with both these items missing (but with obvious cut outs for them in the box). I assumed a genuine error and so phoned them the next day. They told me that these items are extra. I pointed out what was on the web page, but they were not willing to help, offering only to refund me if I returned the gun at my own expense. As I had payed for the gun using PayPal I opted to raise a complaint through PayPal. On doing so I discovered that since my phonecall earlier that day, that they had edited the web page to say that the scope and bipod are not included. Fortunately I had taken screen shots of the page before phoning them. Even when shown by email that I had a copy of the original web page they would not settle my complaint. I have now escalated this with PayPal and will take them to the small claims court if I have to.

I put an order in on 'express delivery' 4 days ago, still haven't received the goods!! Rang the company and left email messages even left messages on facebook and they cannot be bothered to reply!! I am now having to try and go through my credit card company to get my money back.  Absolute disgraceful service!!

Same day shipping, ordered on 8 may they didn't post it until 10th may.why say express when they mean slow. It's then sent out royal mail 2nd class which is very slow and you pay for that. The money is payed by pay pal so they get it instantly. Very poor service.my only complaint is the length of time they have my money before they decide to post my order.

I spoke to a very helpful bloke by the name of chrs he gave me great sound advice on my product and I would recommend this site for buying air soft supplies delivery was prompt and I'm very happy will be back there soon thank you !

I placed a order on BB Guns 4 Less on the 28th of December, my order came to £225 and still marked as Awaiting fulfillment, after 10 days I thought I would write to them to see what was happening and they replied with "Hi the M4 you are after is out of stock, may take a week to get it back in stock" really peed off as when I placed my order everything was listed as in stock, even to this day the £175 M4 is still in stock, even messaged them a few more times with no luck on replies, u till I get my items I will be really salty with this site, so be careful on ordering expensive items as they will take ages to even dispatch.

I ordered an item from these guys over 2 weeks ago, at which point the item was clearly listed as in stock (I've got a screenshot to prove it). I was charged in full for the item. After waiting for two weeks with no contact, I tried calling them and got no answer. I then emailed them, and got a reply back informing me that the item I had ordered was not in stock...and that they didn't even know if/when they would be getting more! In fairness they did immediately refund my £60, but they should never have taken it in the first place, knowing the item was not in stock, and that they probably couldn't get more. Oh, and the item in question is still listed as in stock on their website after all this! I won't be doing business with them again, and would advise everyone else to be very cautious about giving them your money.

Most of my gear that i ordered didn't even look like it did online! Worst thing is that it took an entire week to arrive even though i paid an extra £10 to get the order delivered the next day. Awful site and is clunky to high hell when ordering stuff. I have tried to leave reviews for the products i wasted £150 on but it seems that they won't get accepted or else people will see how bad these overpriced products are and won't fall for the money trap! I do not plan on having any of my friends or any one at all to go to this site as they do not seem to care for the opinions of others and as a customer i feel like i have been tricked into buying these items. P.s i still feel very salty after wasting £9 on a crappy cap that feels like cardboard because the day after they reduced it on a sale for £4 or something! Their site is nice, items are reasonably priced and it's easy to navigate but from their it goes downhill: Here's my experience with them and my first experience ever buying my own gun: My Masada was dispatched a day late because they were looking for the box...why you may ask? Because although I'd paid for a new gun they were gonna give me the display model(they let this slip on the phone by mistake), delivery was several days late with the promise of receiving a brand new gun. Once I finally got it there was surface rust on the internals, the butt stock mechanism did not work properly, the battery that you get with the gun was leaking acid and had corrosion on the contacts. I have given them 5 stars for value for money because the Masada in particular was a good £30 cheaper than else ware it's just a massive shame it came with multiple problems, this could have been avoided with some quality control somewhere along the line before dispatch.
