When Ash Cycles found that they didn't have the tiny Raleigh cycle for my granddaughter after all, they very kindly offered to upgrade to the next model free of charge.
It arrived very promptly and I was kept informed of the whole process by email.
Full marks, couldn't have asked for more. Many thanks.
