“Giant defy 1”

I brought a Giant defy 1 for my son over the phone. The transaction was easy and with very friendly and helpfull service. The bike was well packaged and quickly sent out and received. Overall, it was an excellent purchase, great bike at a good discount price and the service was handled extremely well. My son is very pleased with the way the bike handles and performs.
