We found Ash Cycles looking for bicycle for our son. They were by far the most competitive on price but as it was a big purchase we wanted to makes sure they were legitimate and would provide decent customer service if something went wrong or there was a problem with the bicyle. I phoned them and spoke to a very friendly man who was knowledgeable and helpful but not in the least bit pushy or sales-y. We then made the purchase through the website, the process was quick and easy. We were kept informed of the progress of our order by regular email updates and the product arrived promptly - just two days after we placed the order, which is very impressive. I would definitely use Ash Cycles again and would not hesitate to recommend them.
