Amazing service, great timing with the delivery. I E-mailed to ask what day my bike would arrive, I was told Thursday which I was happy about but actually the bike arrived a day early so even better. Bike was partially assembled and came with the tools for the rest of the assembly. I purchased a Claud Butler Elite 2011 and find it's absolutely perfect for commuting and good journeys on weekend. I would definately reccomend both Ash Cycles and Claud Butler to friends and family. Top service!
