I have just taken delivery of a Raleigh Clubman. I have to be honest and say that the bike was a few days coming BUT, this was not the fault of the staff. The bike was somehow lost by the carrier company. Ashcycles staff however were very helpful and courteous even when provoked by my being very short with them (I have apologised).
The communications with the staff were clear and helpful and the bike turned up promptly after they had chased the carrier. All's well that ends well etc.
I have just got back from my first ride and have to say the bike is fantastic and suits me perfectly . I ma grateful for the help received and would recommend the shop to anyone.
