Responsive and excellent communication. The best thing is the quick delivery. I didn't expect Citylink service could deliver it on time as there are many bad review on the Internet. It surprised me!

The bike is well packed in the box. I didn't find any scratches on any part of the bike yet. Easy and minimum effort of assembly of the bike (only front wheel, front break and handlebar). What you need to do the job is only a wrench and a set of Allen keys.

I don't have the chance to test the bike yet but I certain that some effort needed to adjust here and there.

In short, I'm a happy customer :)
