Bike ordered on Saturday on-line, delivered on Wednesday and rode it today (Thursday). Good price and particularly helpful notes on the bike to help me to put the few items that needed fitting (eg. crank marked as right hand side as were pedals and front wheel). Tracking of the delivery was very reassuring as well.
I was apprehensive about ordering a bike on-line particularly as there were some parts that I had to fit but I found it straightforward. The only glitch was that I removed the rubber axle pieces on the front wheel and then tried to fit it. However, after looking at the Giant handbook (which was general and talked about several different types of fitting) and my wife's bike I refitted the rubber parts and the wheel slotted in perfectly.
