Having decided on my budget, and done my research, the Giant Defy 1 was my bike of choice. I didn't know what size I needed - Ash sent me the link. I made their life difficult by putting the discount goods on a separate order (by pressing confierm too soon) - No problem; orders were linked up at their end. Not all the items were in stock - they suggested appropriate alternatives. Not patronising, just helpful. All the promised goods arrived on time.
For this amount of money you would expect the service to be good - Ashcycles did not let themselves down.

Plus its a great bike. I would definately recommend using Ashcycles to my friends, and when I need my next bike (or more likely when the children need theirs) I will be back.
