Brought a pair of cycling shorts from them. Spent a long time finding the ones i wanted and these guys came in cheapest with free shipping. Arrived promptly and unfortunately they weren't a good fit. Arranged the return and replacement pair, they arrived within 2 days.

You don't know how good a company are until something doesn't go quite right and Ashcycles could show Amazon a thing or 2 in this resepect. Very pleased with the customer service i received (via email).
