Just bought my daughter a little Dawes bike from Ash Cycles. I chose them because of the price and customer reviews. They have been really amazing, beyond the call of duty. Had a slight problem with City Link, nothing to do with the shop, and the bike wasn't delivered as it should have been. Mark rand his rep there and made enough of a fuss for them to change their normal procedure and re deliver the bike the same day, although they (CityLink) had told me it was impossible. So the bike turned up in time for the birthday and we all lived happily ever after. Before Mark knew of the happy conclusion we emailed me from home to check that all was ok. Fantastic service, fantastic prices and a fantastic purchasing experience.
