Absolutely great bike. Might have something to do with what I was riding before, but wow! Anyway, the shop sent it in a box, and there was enough detail about putting it all together - helpful labels and all that sort of thing. However, the bike was very well tuned and really there was no need to adjust anything at all. Only drawback I can find is that I ordered it on Monday and it was delivered ten days later. This is of course perfectly reasonable time to wait, but given I was jumping up and down with expectation every day after ordering, just an email with an eta would have calmed me down. It's not every day I buy a new bike! I eventually ended up calling to find out and they were absolutely lovely - so that's about it, it was well worth the wait. Beautiful machine.
