Ordering was simple and lots of updates about order processing and courier tracking which was great. The bike came assembled so just had to put on the pedals,seat post in, front wheel on and tighten the handlebars, which suited an inept bike mechanic like me :-)
On completion though I noticed that the left hand brake/shifter was off-centre so took some pics and emailed Ash to see what they advised, but after talking to a friend I sorted the problem with an allen key and 30 seconds tinkering. First thing in the morning had email from Ash asking about the problem so really prompt attention and they weren't ignoring me.
Went out for a test ride today (only briefly) and the bike ran beautifully- The brakes were sharp, the gears smooth and silent and the gear shifting faultless. First class set-up :-)
As I said couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again and the price was a great saving over RRP!
