“Expensive returns and no stock”

It cost £10 to return a £35 pair of shoes because they don't have a free (or pre-arranged) returns system
– and then a replacement order for the size up was accepted but not delivered. When I inquired what was happening after two weeks, they said that the manufacturer had ceased to produce them and refunded me. What would have happened if I hadn't emailed?!

So, final result: no shoes, two weeks wasted, £10 down. Upsetting.

We are sorry that you had this experience. We don't have a free returns service unless the goods are faulty. This is clearly stated on all our products and in our returns details. In the case of an exchange for another product then the customer pays for returning items to us in the cheapest way possible and we send the exchange items out at our cost on a tracked next day service.
