It cost £10 to return a £35 pair of shoes because they don't have a free (or pre-arranged) returns system
– and then a replacement order for the size up was accepted but not delivered. When I inquired what was happening after two weeks, they said that the manufacturer had ceased to produce them and refunded me. What would have happened if I hadn't emailed?!
So, final result: no shoes, two weeks wasted, £10 down. Upsetting.
