After ordering my goods 2 weeks ago, I am still waiting for my items. Communications don't state what the time frame for delivery and on further investigations the terms and conditions for their delivery on website states 'We shall not be liable for delays, losses or damage incurred after the date of despatch, which are at the customer’s risk.' Which is a criminal offence as it restricts consumer rights. Not a trustworthy company, order at your own risk.

IO suspect most strongly that your order was not despatched because we never received a payment from you. You should have been taken to a web page saying your payment failed.. We did email you three times and we tried phoning you too. Please contact us via our website so we can resolve the situation for you. You can by by card over the phone, paypal, bank transfer or online.

My payment was received by yourselves, and is shown on my bank statement, and I also received my confirmation of order email and also a despatch notice email too. So I'm not really too sure where this story about no payment received and alleged phone calls and emails has arisen from.

It looks like we never received your payment. You should have been taken to a web page explaining this. We also sent you three emails and tried phoning you but could not get through. Please email us via the website or re-order online in the usual way. You can pay by any card, paypal or bank transfer.

My review isn't anonymous. I called the offices on numerous occasions chasing up my items, and after waiting for what i felt an unacceptable time frame i called to cancel my order. I was told I would have to wait for my parcel to arrive and send it back, after stating my rights under the distance selling regulations, a full refund was issued. I reccomend any buyers to brush up on this law before purchasing any goods as i would still be out of pocket, waiting for goods to arrive that im under no illusion were never despatched in the first place if I hadnt of known i was covered under it.
