I ordered a pair of golf shoes as they were very keenly priced. The shoes arrived with faulty stitching and something on the inside was sharp and rubbing against the foot. They were returned promptly and a month later still haven't had a refund, despite retailer agreeing they were faulty.

Had to involve Paypal and my credit card company.

He seems to be the only person who works there and rarely answers the phone. More often than not, it goes through to some external receptionist service who take messages but calls are never returned. Emails are never answered.

Terrible retailer, no idea how they're still in business given their terrible reviews have dated back to 2011. Clearly no improvement in their service levels based on my experience.

Avoid them like the plague. Their service is worse than terrible.
